HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
It’s always much better to have someone to help when measuring yourself to get the best results. We always recommend doing the measurements twice just to be sure and always wear light clothing when doing so.
Top tip – The tape measure should always be snug, but not tight, and level
STEP 1 – Take your bust/chest measurement
STEP 2 – Take your waist measurement
STEP 3 – To double check your back length and body protector fit, you may also take a waist-to-waist over-the-shoulder measurement
STEP 4 – Back length sitting with about a hands width from the bottom of the back to the bony protrusion at the nape of your neck.
