Returns Policy
This Policy is for goods purchased on FOMO Protection online store.

Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange, provided they are returned in their original condition, unused, within 14 days of receipt of the order. Except in relation to incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will provide a refund of the amount paid for the goods. If you notify us of your intention to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery (or prior to delivery), then the original delivery charge will be reimbursed in full. Otherwise, we do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods have been supplied incorrectly.
Refunds will be in £Sterling / GBP.
When returning products for which you have received a discount or special offer on, the refund will be the price paid.
Where there is a refund for the return of damaged items or incorrectly supplied items, this payment will be via the means you originally paid.
Can I Change or Cancel my Order?
We will make every endeavour to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our standard returns procedure.
You cannot change the order electronically after you have completed the order process; however, we are very friendly and can accommodate changes to your order by telephone as long as we have not already dispatched it.

How to Return or Exchange
We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery, retaining the receipt until you have received credit for your return.
We regret that we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.
We will not reimburse the postal charges of returning an item unless that item is being refunded because it has been sent to you in error or the item is faulty.
The goods must be returned unused in their original, undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund.
You must return the item to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the order but do not return the goods to us, we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods from any refund you are owed.
